ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 06.06.2022 passed in W.P.No.16028 of 2010. 1/3

When this matter earlier came up for consideration on 01.10.2024, Mr.K.H.Ravi Kumar, learned Government Advocate represented that the respondents have already complied with the order passed by this Court. However, on request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the same is adjourned to today for verifying. Today, once again the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time. However, the learned Government Advocate placed before this Court, a copy of the proceedings in Na.ka.No.181/2019 dated 19.09.2024 and another proceedings dated 22.09.2024 along with 'no due' letter dated 02.10.2024 issued by the petitioner.

In the light of the above, this Court is convinced that the respondents have already complied with the order, dated 06.06.2022 passed by this Court. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the above said proceedings, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 03.10.2024 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No dpa 2/3
