The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the notification dated 27.07.2018, for the examination of the respondent University to be conducted in the month of August 2018 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts of this case and the prayer in this writ petition, this Court direct the petitioner or the students who have joined in the petitioner study centre to submit an application for the ensuing examination to the respondent's University in person on or before 25.08.2018. Upon submitting the application along with prescribed examination fee, the first respondent is directed to issue hall ticket to the petitioner or to the students concerned indicating the place of Exam Centre as fixed by the University.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
