ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29608 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter, every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29608 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
