When the matter was listed for hearing on 07.11.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 09.11.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Again, when the matter was called on 11.11.2022, there was again no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list this matter once again under the caption "For Dismissal" on 15.11.2022. 2/4
3. Even today also i.e on 15.11.2022, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.147 of 2016 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
