Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations dated 22.04.2019 and 20.12.2019 and sent through the 4th respondent respectively and direct the respondents to issue probationary declaration, fully qualified completion and regualrise his service from 26.12.2007 by including the

terminated period between 31.05.2008 and 20.07.2010 as service period along with all the monetary benefis.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner and to declare his probation and to grant him all the consequential reliefs. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he was selected to the post of Assistant Professor in the year 2007 and he was appointed in the said post in the year 2008 in the 4th respondent college. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been regularized and his probation is yet to be declared. Therefore, the petitioner had made representations to the 4th respondent on 22.04.2019 and 20.12.2019 in this regard. Since the same has not been considered by the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 22.04.2019 and 20.12.2019, and forward the same to the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and shall pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date on which, the proposal is received from the 4th college. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd and 4th respondents along with a copy of the representations dated 22.04.2019 and 20.12.2019 and also a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
