2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.1507 of 2011 and final report was filed in C.C.No.126 of 2016 in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 IPC against one Dr.Raj S.Babu and two others.
