ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondent to allot a shop within the commercial complex situated in the Bus Stand premises at Sriperumbudur. Heard Mr. C.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N. Manikandan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the records.
3 The learned Government Advocate submitted that all the shops within the commercial complex in Sriperumbudur bus stand were already let out by the third respondent and there is no vacancy. It is further submitted that four shops are vacant in Gandhi Road for commercial purpose and if the petitioner is really interested in getting any one of the four shops, he is at liberty to participate in the public auction. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4 In the light of the above facts, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to participate in the action to be conducted by the respondent. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
