The order under challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the transfer order, transferring the petitioner's service.

2. This Court while entertaining the Writ Petition has also ordered an interim stay of the transfer order, which is in force till date. It is seen that the petitioner has now reached the age of superannuation, as such, no effective orders can be passed in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
