When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 17.06.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. In order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the writ petition was posted for hearing today (24.06.2022) under the caption "for dismissal". Even, today when the matter was taken up for hearing at about 04.00 P.M, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was passed over. Again the

matter was called at about 04.45 P.M., there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
