When this writ petition was earlier listed on 22.12.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption ''For Dismissal'' on 03.01.2023. Again, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 09.01.2023. The matter was again listed today at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.Mr.P.Baburaj, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared before this Court today sought for an adjournment on the ground that a new learned counsel has been appointed for the petitioner/Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Salem) Ltd., the learned counsel has not given Change of Vakalat. 3.This Court is unable to accept the request of the learned counsel, having regard to the fact that the petition was adjourned for different reasons and posted already under the caption "For Dismissal". 2/4
