2. While disposing the above Writ Petition, this Court directed the respondent to pass orders on the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

3. The counter filed by the respondent and the orders annexed therein would reveal that the respondent vide order dated 23.01.2015, directed to de-seal the premises of the petitioner for a period of six months to carry out rectification. Since the petitioner could not rectify the defects within the stipulated time, further time is granted on 20.07.2018. This shows that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
