The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 170 days in filing the Appeal against the judgment passed in Special Sessions Case No.102 of 2020, dated 09.06.2023 on the file of learned Special Court for POCSO Act, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. Mr.R.Sasikumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
