Respondent(Complainant) (Crime No.74 of 2015) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to modify the order, dated 23.02.2015, made in C.M.P.No.570 of 2015, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore, insofar as the condition of surety that the petitioner will be released on bail on executing a bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore, "on such a surety should be a blood relative of the petitioner, is concerned.

ORDER

The Petition is for modification of certain portions of the bail condition.

After hearing both sides, I am convinced that certain conditions imposed on the petitioner causes him much hardship. It is pertinent to note that he has already been in jail for a long period.

3. In the facts and circumstances, the bail conditions imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore, on 23.02.2015, in C.M.P.No.570 of 2015, is modified to the following effect :- i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- ( Rupees Five Thousand Only) each with two sureties each for a likesum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the satisfaction of the aforesaid Magistrate; and ii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent/Police on every Monday and Friday, at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
