Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to disperse the remaining balance compensation amount payable by him to petitioner, in view of lands acquired from petitioner for widening of Chennai-Bangalore National Highways under National Highways Act, 1956, for a sum of Rs.12,61,462/- (Twelve lakhs sixty one thousand four hundred sixty two only) with interst at the rate of 9% per annum from 30.11.2019 lying in his account or to direct the 3rd respondent to take an action as per Section 3H(3) and 3H(4) of national Highways Act based upon petitioner representation dated 05.09.2023.
