..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to exclude the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.311 included at Sl.No.124 in the Prohibition List - I dated 10.08.2007 issued by the third respondent and the fifth respondent to receive the petitioner's document for registration of sale deed in respect of property comprised in Survey No.311, Elagiri Hills Village, Thirupattur Taluk and District, on accordance with law.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner before the respondents has been rejected vide proceedings of the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/1699/2020 dated 08.03.2020.

In view of the above development, nothing survives in this writ petition and after recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ petition is closed. No costs.
