Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to remove the encroachment of the road on the north boundary of Plot No.17 of the Lake View Garden extension and restore the road to its actual condition and take action against the encroachers, the third and fourth respondents, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2024.

In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned writ petition and writ miscellaneous petition thereat are disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit preserving all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to file a PIL on the same subject, if so advised and if so desired.
