This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.755 of 2016 on the file of the respondent in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the FIR was filed in the year 2016 and the petitioner approached the respondent on various dates to expedite the investigation but till now no action has been taken. Stating so, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction to the respondent to file final report within a stipulated time frame.

3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent.

4.Since the First Information Report has been filed in the year 2016 and also considering the facts and circumstances of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the case, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.755 of 2016 pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
