This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.347 of 2013 and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.347 of 2013, has almost been completed and sought three months time to file a report.

4. In view of the above, three months time is granted to the respondent-Police for completing the investigation, and either file a closure report under intimation to the petitioner, or file a charge sheet against the accused, as the case may be. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
