(The case has been heard through video conference) Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.01.2021 for the offence punishable under Section 399 of IPC in Crime No.26 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. Totally, there are 2 accused and the petitioner is A1. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused made preparation for committing dacoity. Hence, a case has been registered .

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is the history sheeted rowdy and he is already involved in 3 previous cases, similar in nature. Hence, she strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the said facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of the offence and already the petitioner is involved in three previous cases , this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
