This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to grant No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to run the SPA based on the representation dated 20.01.2024.

2. Heard Mr.B.R.Benci Jerald, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 20.01.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the relevant Government Order/circulars and a decision shall be taken within a period of two
