This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 18.04.2016 given by the petitioner in CSR.No.128 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 18.04.2016, it is seen that the transaction relates to the year 2004. The complaint does not disclose the commission of cognizable offence for registering an FIR. However, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.128 of 2016.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
