ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2025 to settle the petitioners voluntary retirement benefits and other benefits after deducting the society loan outstanding amount from the settlement amount.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2025 within a specified time.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the 1st respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.

5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
