O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner with regard to the agreement of sale relating to the immovable property situated at No.8/5, Santham Colony, Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai-600101.

2.The matter relates to a dispute with regard to the agreement of sale executed between the petitioner and one Chandrasekar, the de facto complainant relating to the immovable property situated at No.8/5, Santham Colony, Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai-600101. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the complaint made by the de facto complainant, the respondent police are harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents and submits that the presence of the petitioner is required by the respondent police for completion of enquiry. He further submitted that since the petitioner is not appearing before the respondent police for enquiry, the matter is kept pending.

4.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 15.06.2017 for enquiry. On such appearance, necessary enquiry be conducted by the second respondent on that day and further proceedings shall go on. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
