This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16990 of 2022 on 21.07.2022 the petitioner shall stay at Bhavani and report before the Inspector of Police, Bhavani Police Station twice daily at 10:30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
