This Court by an Order dated 19.07.2021, has allowed the Writ Petition in W.P.No.22352 of 2005 and directed the learned I Additional Labour Court, Chennai to dispose of C.P.No.15 of 2000 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since, the said C.P.No.15 of 2000 could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court below, by letter dated 12.04.2022, sought for three months time. Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today under the caption "For Extension of Time".

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 12.04.2022 filed by the Court below, time is extended for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court.
