ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case against the petitioner's complaint dated 2.2.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 02.02.2016, it is seen that the incident is said to have taken place on 09.09.2015. It is also seen that this petitioner's wife committed suicide and a case in Crime No.161 of 2015 for offences under Sections 498A and 304 B has been registered against this petitioner, in which, he was arrested on 02.10.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and released on bail. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police as prayed for by the petitioner. In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
