This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent not to harass and not to interfere the money dispute illegally in the guise of enquiry without authority of law on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 28.01.2019.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The matter pertains to the money dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents are directed to not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
