ORDER
[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue ordinary leave to the petitioner's husband viz., Radha @ Radhakrishnan, now confined in the Central Prison, Vellore, as convicted accused, based upon the representation dated 01.02.2022.

Seeking 30 days ordinary leave under the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules, 1982 (for brevity "the TNSS Rules") for her husband Radha @ Radhakrishnan (C.T.No.20584), who is lodged in the Central Prison, Vellore, the petitioner has given a representation dated 01.02.2022 and has thereafter, filed the present writ of mandamus with the above prayer. 3.
Heard Mr.A.Manojkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the representation dated 01.02.2022 was considered and the same was disposed of on 08.02.2022 by the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Vellore and the order has also been communicated to the petitioner. He gave a copy of the order dated 08.02.2022 to this Court as well to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
