O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to award Selection Grade and Special Grade to the writ petitioner, by counting her services from the date of her initial appointment, i.e. on 25.09.1996.

2.This Court is of an opinion that, Selection Grade and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Special Grade are to be granted in accordance with the terms and conditions, stipulated by the Government in their Government Orders. Promotional pay is granted while awarding the Selection Grade or Special Grade to the employees. Therefore, the terms and conditions stipulated in the scheme of Selection Grade and Special Grade are to be followed scrupulously, keeping the Government orders in mind.

3.The second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 16.12.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation with relevant Government Orders along with the orders passed in this writ petition.
