[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the convict prisoner Venkat @ Venkatesan (LT No.999) was granted an emergency leave for three days from 09.04.2022 to 11.04.2022.

Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
