By order dated 14.09.2022, letters of administration were issued in favour of the applicant herein. Subsequently, in view of the disparity between the address specified in the petition and the address contained in the aadhaar card, the applicant applied for an amendment to the petition. As a consequence, the present application is filed for extension of time to execute the bond. Upon being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, the time for executing the bond is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
