PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act, to modify the condition imposed as that the petitioner appear and sign before the respondent police or any police station in Chennai City instead of signing before the Inspector of Police, Vellore Town Police Station, Vellore in Crl.O.P.No.1126 of 2025 order dated 17.01.2025.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of condition no. 4(c) in Crl.O.P.No.1126 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 imposed as that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and sign before the Inspector of Police, Vellore Town Police Station, every day at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 60 days.
2. The petitioner has not complied with the condition to stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore Town Police Station and has now come up with the petition after two months stating that there is no Vellore Town Police Station. His submission hence cannot be countenanced. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Therefore, the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before Vellore Taluk Police Station daily @ 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. In view of the above, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
