This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to pass an order of exemption to surrender the petitioner before the lower Court in pursuant to the judgment, dated 04.12.2023 made in Crl.A.No.167 of 2023 passed by the learned lower appellate Court in confirming the judgment of the trial Court dated 14.06.2023 in C.C.No.180 of 2021 passed by the trial Court. 2.Today, this Court suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1892 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.222 of 2024.
