Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ, calling for records of the 1st Respondent dated 28.08.2012 in Na.Ka.C2/24801/2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to grant No Objection Certificate to the petitioner for locating Indian Oil Corporation Retail Outlet in S.No.8/1A and 9/1A Ariyur Village, Vellore District.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed against the impugned order of the 1st Respondent and a direction to the 1st Respondent to grant "No Objection Certificate"

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition the "No Objection Certificate" has been issued to the petitioner.
