This matter earlier came up for consideration on 20.06.2024, 16.07.2024, 09.09.2024 and 10.09.2024. On all the occasions there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", once again there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is left with no other alternative than dismissing the writ petition for nonprosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
