This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police viz., the Inspector of Police, Taluk Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District to register a case based on the complaint given by him to the first respondent dated 19.11.2010.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint on 19.11.2010 and thereafter, he has filed Crl.O.P.No.23546/2015 for the same relief, pursuant to which, the respondent has conducted enquiry and closed the complaint. The petitioner has not disclosed the fact that he had earlier filed Crl.O.P.No.23546/2015. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to register an FIR based on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
