Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondents, its directors, employees, agent and anyone acting on their behalf from any manner shooting, pre-producing, producing, post producing or engaging in any commercial or creative activity concerning the movie, viz. "Kolamavu Kokila" in any other language including but not limited to Hindi without engaging the applicant as the director as per the agreement dated 17/07/2017 pending final adjudication of disputes between the Applicant and the Respondent through arbitration.
This Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:
The learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the first respondent appeared through video conferencing.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant has filed a memo in the Registry on 24.03.2021 stating that during pendency of this application, the parties have settled the issue and to that effect, they entered into a settlement agreement dated 25.02.2021 and the applicant has sent a letter to him intimating the settlement and report the settlement before the court.
3. The learned counsel for the first respondent has filed a similar memo on 24.03.2021. The aforesaid memos recorded.
4. In view of the same, this application is closed. No costs. Sd/.P.R.M.J.
