Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal) in the event of Kurumbapalayam Arulmigu Sree Madurai Veeran Temple Festival at Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District on 07.02.2019 between 06.00PM to 11.00PM by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2019. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal) in the event of Kurumbapalayam Arulmigu Sree Madurai Veeran Temple Festival at Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District on 07.02.2019 between 06.00PM to 11.00PM by considering his representation dated 24.01.2019.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner dated 24.01.2019 has already been considered by the respondent vide Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1/Mike/D3PS/2019 dated 31.01.2019 granting permission to the petitioner to conduct the cultural programme (Adal Padal) subject to the conditions, which have already been imposed by this Court in similar matters. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
