The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to give permission to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal) in the event of Chinnakesakuppam Village Arulmigu Sree Valli Malai Murugan Temple Festival at Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District on 16.02.2019 between 06.00PM to 11.00PM by considering his representation dated 24.01.2019.

2. The Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation given by the petitioner has been considered by the respondent and rejected for the reasons mentioned therein on 31.01.2019.
