This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.1655 of 2019, dated 08.07.2019.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the order of this Court, dated 08.07.2019, the petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent on 13.09.2019 and he sent reminder on 29.11.2019, but till date, no order has been passed by the second respondent.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent will pass appropriate orders in the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks, subject to the cooperation of the petitioner by filing necessary original documents.
