This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.20846 of 2022 dated 20.09.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has also been taken up in C.C.No.569 of 2022 on the file of the learned I Additional Judge for NDPS Act cases, Chennai and the case now stands posted to 20.03.2023.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(crl.side), the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned I Additional Judge for NDPS Act cases, Chennai, on 20.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
