ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 08.04.2025 passed in W.A.No.625 of 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has brought to the notice of this Court that SLP (Civil) Diary No.70212/2025 challenging the said judgment of this Court has been preferred and the Supreme Court, vide order dated 01.04.2026, has issued notice and stayed the effect and operation of the impugned order.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the same is closed, with liberty to revive as and when occasion arises.
