This Contempt Petition is filed for willful disobedience of the order dated 31.10.2025 in W.P. No.40847 of 2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 19.02.2026 was placed before this Court and a copy was also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
