Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the order of suspension passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings No.Ref.No.3529/2012(E) dated 23.05.2012 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to treat the petitioner as he got retired from service from the date of his attaining superannuation and settle all consequential retirement benefits to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The petitioner, challenging the impugned order of suspension dated 23.05.2012 passed by the first respondent, has filed the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending the writ petition, the impugned order of suspension was revoked by the respondents and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
