PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, to declare Rule 7 of the Bar Council of India Certificate of Practise and Renewal Rules, 2014 as void, illegal and unconstitutional.

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner assails Rule 7 of the Bar Council of India Certificate of Practise and Renewal Rules, 2014, as unconstitutional.

Learned counsel for the first respondent states that all paragraphs of the said Rule have not been brought into force, as they are not notified, and the matter is receiving attention of the first respondent. Thus, at present, there cannot be any grievance to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner till such rules are notified.
