Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint Mr. Nagakumar working as a Manager (Legal), Salem in the applicant bank as receiver to seize and deliver the vehicle viz., MAHINDRA BMT PLUS STD PS BS4, bearing Engine No. TAE4A78809, Chassis No.MA1ZP2TAKE2A53488 and Registration No.TN30BA2902 in loan agreement No.27119347 available at the Respondent premises or where ever found and permit the Advocate Commissioner to obtain police aid and to break open the premises.

/ 2 / This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the bank itself has seized the vehicle and arbitration proceedings have been already initiated. 2.Therefore, this Court is of the view that the issue raised in this application has become infructuous.
