Writ Petition filed under Section Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for entire records on the file of the 2nd respondent made in Ref.No.1248/E1(2)/2003 dated 30.04.2007 and proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in 28626/SC.II(3)2007 dated 31.10.2011 and quash both the orders and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service and thereafter allow the petitioner to retire from services on the date of the petitioner's age of superannuation on 30.04.2007 and to disburse all the petitioner's retirement & Pensionary and service benefits.

ORDER

This matter is taken up through Web hearing. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. A letter dated 27.08.2020 was also submitted seeking the permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.
