When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e. on 28.11.2024, the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the transfer order dated 09.09.2019 the petitioner joined as Village Panchayat, Secretary, Palur Village and subsequently he was retransferred to Nerkundram Village Panchayat and working there as on date.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
