Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order "(c) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders" dated 25.09.2020 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.no.15101 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIVEKANANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the conditional order "(c) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. And 05.30 p.m., until further orders." Dated 25.09.2020 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15101 of 2020., while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are not complying the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15101 of 2020 dated 25.09.2020.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court.
