This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to report before the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months in Crl.O.P.No.30971 of 2022 vide order dated 06.01.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserve to be considered favourably.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30971 of 2022 by order dated 06.01.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before learned I Additional Special Judge for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
